Membership contact details

The information you have provided on our form will be used to provide you with a response to your enquiry. We may get in touch with information relating to your enquiry or any related promotions in the future. All information and related correspondence will be held for a minimum period of 6 months. Should you wish to have your information removed, please let us know. 

 

Appointments and Cancellations

Upon confirmation of booking, a 50% deposit will be requested. Please let us know a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your appointment if you are unable to attend or need to make any changes to your appointment, failure to do so may result in the loss of a treatment from your package or your deposit being redeemed.

Please arrive on time for your appointment so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Please let us know on 07429 119971 if you think you may be late for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting the appointment.

UrbanSwan will endeavour to ensure your appointment runs to time, however, should we need to change, cancel or postpone your appointment we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

 

Payment

Full payment must be made on the day of treatment - we accept cash and all major credit and debit cards including American Express.

 

Refunds

No refunds of any kind will be offered on treatments, services or products undertaken.

 

Children

Parental and/ or legal guardians consent is required for teens/children Children under the age of 16 are required to have a chaperone.
